Vehicle Start Notification.

I have activated my ‘vehicle start notification’ in the alarm setting of my iSMART app. I now cannot disengage this setting and am getting a notification every time I ‘start’ a journey in my car. How can I disengage this please?

Be thankful you can access that part of the app - for many of us it just gives a blank screen then reverts to the menu. ?‍

Ahh….. I’ll count my blessings then! ?. Sure…. I’ve done as suggested…. (profile >alarm setting) The toggle ’button’ slides to off, but after 15secs, reverts back to the activated position. Based on your observations, I could delete the app and start again, but feel I might inherit a greater issue than the one I’m struggling with at the moment. ?

I have the opposite issue in that when toggled it reverts to off and will not turn on.

Mm…. I’m now sat in the car with every option being tried but I’m afraid not….. but a good suggestion tho’. Thank you.

Under My Profile have you tried Clear Cache?

You seem to be unique as like everyone else it reverts to a black screen when I try it.

I'm sure that option used to work for me - a while ago. (I know because I looked at the options once, but didn't change anything). Maybe it was in an earlier revision of the app. (v1.1.10 is the current Android version I have).

It used to work for me too.
