Many reviews lament the lack of physical buttons and comment that you have to use the touch screen to make most adjustments. Do you know if you can use voice commands to control the a/c eg turn it on or off and adjust the temperature?

Yes you can, seen it demonstrated on a Mulan review in China.

It will be interesting to see if the drive modes and regeneration can be changed by voice as well!

On one of the reviews they state that you can set the configurable buttons on the steering wheel for the drive modes and Regen. I think it was the one with the husband and wife team
