Hi all, does anyone have a solution to the low volume on incoming calls? When I make a call, the sound is perfect but the incoming calls are very quiet and I'm not able to increase the volume. The phone itself is on max volume.

I have a Gen 2 myself and I was poking around in the settings, looking to manually update the time of day / delayed charging times.
I am 99% sure I came across a slide control ( in one of the menu's ) to increase the phone call volume !.

Brilliant, I'll give it a go and let you know how it goes

Did you manage to sort out your phone volume setting in the head unit ??.
If you go to the opening screen in the info unit, then by using you finger, place your finger on the top of the info screen and then swipe down.
This will open another easy access menu screen.
On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a slider bar control ( coloured grey and blue ) that will offer a “Phone Volume” control.
Once you have finished adjusting it correctly, then swipe you finger up from the bottom of the screen to return to the main front menu.
I will try and include a image of the screen that you need ?.

Sorry, life got in a way and I haven't had a chance to check it before now. Just now, i did what you said by swiping down on the screen and increasing phone volume. We'll test it this afternoon.
Thank you so much, it's so easy when you know where to find it.

Hi @Lovemyev we just tried with the Phone Volume turned on to max and it didn't make any difference to the incoming call. The phoneitselfison max volume too. Phonecalls made via the car system are perfectly fine though. Very strange.

I'm afraid after much poking and prodding over the last 10 months I haven't found a fix for this.

I tend to just tell people I'll call them back.

Oh joy! Not an ideal solution, but I understand why you would go with that option.
It still bugs me though why there is such a difference in the volume between incoming and outgoing calls...

Just an update for you all.

I had to take the car to the garage, as due to binding problems, everything was reset to factory settings and wiped off the record of the most recent service. When I dropped the car off, I mentioned the problems with the volume on incoming calls. Not sure what they did, but after a software update, the volume is now perfect. Definitely worth trying to speak to your garage.
