Watching Netflix or other IPTV provider's

As the title suggests is there any way to be able to watch Netflix or IPTV on our main touchscreens

I bought an Android AI box which I connect via USB to the car, and it allows use of Netflix, etc, but not while driving for obvious reasons. Great for while topping up on long journeys

Is the connection reliable, I bought an AA wireless dongle/unit for my Mazda and that was fairly reliable but did leave me in a mess a few times with it totally turned off at the wrong times in the middle of giving me directions.

Any chance you could post I link as AliExpress has dozens of types sporting various ram sizes, android versions etc
