I'm seriously thinking about getting a new rear number plate to get rid of the Macklin Motors insignia. That's how much I hate them.

I always take off the dealer's window sticker the minute I get a new car. I don't know why anyone leaves them on.

By law you have to have the number plate supplier on the plate which is why you have the hated Macklin Motors on it.

And my tax disc holder always came whizzing out along with any window stickers!

That's true. But if she really hates Macklin Motors that much. A new one from say Halfords for example, isn't expensive at all. ??

Never knew that. But if I go to Central Garage Galashiels and they don't piss me off, they may have the privilege of putting their stamp on Caliban.

You don't need a Garage name on it. Unless you particularly want to. As said Halfords or any number plate maker, can put there name on it. But must also have the BS (British Standard) Mark on it, in the bottom right hand corner. ??
