What do the new MG4 models do for waving etiquette?

I always wave when a fellow MG4 drives past.

Occasionally I get a smile and/or return wave.

It is nice and reminds me of doing that with fellow mini drivers 24 years ago!

But what is the new etiquette going to be with the MG4 and MG4 urban?

Will Urban drivers be included in "MG4 wave club" or will they have their own separate "MG4 Urban wave club"?

If we are waving at different models then should it be widened to an "MG EV wave club"? But some EVs look the same as the petrol versions so that wouldn't work.

Will the Urban mean the end of the MG4 waving system?

I think we need a policy here people!

Probably the original MG4 including the facelift carry on waving. If that's your thing. Although if an Urban waved I'd wave back. Tis nice getting a wave, though.

That makes sense and is the easiest option.

But is it prejudiced against Urban drivers?

I doubt it, to me it's not an MG4, and when I see one I probably won't recognize it anyway, it looks like so many others.

Of course! Though sometimes it happens fast if they are behind a truck or coming round a corner.

I would worry that I wouldn't recognise an MG4 urban in time but then I haven't seen one in the metal to work out how noticeable they are.
