What does this warning picture mean?

Hi everyone, Have read the owners manual but I can't find what the warning below means - there's a red line in the centre of the car. I've checked the pano roof is closed fully. I'm stumped. Any ideas? Thanks.

Could the seatbelt warning on the speedo be a hint?

Are you carrying any items on the back seats ????.
Lap top bag / shopping bags etc etc.
If so, the car thinks somebody is occupying a seat and does not have their seat belt fastened maybe ????.
