Which colour shows the dirt?

Black is worst. I should know I have had several black cars. White is funnily enough the best as you can wash and no need to chammy. We tend to go for white cars these days.
I also go for white cars as they are the easiest to keep clean as you can see the dirt and they do polish up nicely.😉

I had a Peugeot that was nominally "Blaze Yellow" but actually a rather nice shade of metallic gold. That really didn't show the dirt. The Smurf is terrible, I'm spending a fortune on hand car washes.
I'm really surprised by that. I've found the blue to be amazing at hiding the dirt, even in foul weather. Yes like any colour it looks better when washed, but I have to look really hard sometimes to decide whether it needs it. Some cars I've had in the past have looked bad when they are dirty.

I should go out and take a photo right now...

Where does the dirt seem to collect? I've been impressed with the back of the car, it seems to stay pretty clean, the Kia I had before I was always cleaning the rear camera, on the MG I haven't needed to do so.
