Yes - air speed lifts the jet slightly so not going to high still seems beneficial. Main goal is get just high enough so jet can get above the wiper arm which otherwise blocks it on the downswipe.

It took a few trial and error tweaks, sit in, wash, tweak, repeats. A strong yet flat edge knife could fill the groove to help move it - was very stiff so easy to just jump between nothing and max position.
