Wiper blade size and hook type

Bosch have replied asking for my VIN so they can find the correct blades but with it being the weekend I'm not expecting a reply until next week.
Thank you @Ian Key.
The MGS5 and MG4 use identical wiper blades, so whatever Bosch comes up with on your VIN IAN, will be the same for both cars, but don't be surprised if they have a different code 🤣🤣
It looks like MG have used the same windscreen for MG4 and MGS5 too, I can't be certain, but measuring the top to bottom of the screen (in the rain) they are very similar, the curvature may be different, but I'd guess using the same glass would help cost efficiency.

As answered previously in this thread . . .

The 400mm passengers side - AP16U Bosch Aerotwin Plus

Has anyone tried these, please?

Bosch are also slightly cheaper, well they are at Amazon £19.29 at the moment, ordered some today along with the H252 slightly longer rear wiper.

The Bosch blades and a bit of RainX . . . as good as it gets.

I hate rainx on the windscreen, I find it very distracting having raindrops scooting uphill when I'm driving. I'll happily use it on the side and rear windows and even the wing mirrors though it tends to mist them up.

Had my first proper drive in the rain today and the front wipers are not great, they work ok in a light rain but leave a film of water. Are the Bosch a lot better?
I think MG have coated the MGS5 in a horrible waxy type of film, difficult to remove, I'm going to try some washing up liquid and perhaps vinegar to remove it.

Talking of surface film, has anyone found how to remove the label residue on the inside of the front windscreen, I noticed it the other cold morning?

My screen's OK. Perhaps the dealer in cleaning the car hasn't done the screen properly or if you've had paint protection they've been careless in applying it.

Try a bit of WD40. I'd spray it on a cloth first before to stop over spray. You might have to leave it to soak in for a few minutes though.

No paint protection as far as I'm aware Ian, but perhaps some sort of wax during the cleaning.
But the bonnet hasn't been lifted for inspection, it's absolutely filthy and dusty inside the under bonnet area.
