Wireless CarPlay dongle recommendation

I assume the CarPlay as standard is wired even though the charger is wireless.

Can anyone recommend a tested wireless dongle?

I use a carlinkit in my other car.

Carlinkit 5.0 works reasonably well in mine, occasionally it doesn’t connect. I use it for Apple car play. I used some velcro to hide it under the centre console

On one of the FB MG4 groups, someone posted praising this dongle - it does wireless apple carplay. It seems it does youtube and netflix too via the main MG4 screen, and can do amazon music too... I haven't tried it but it sounds interesting. Thete's only one left though.

Anecdotally ... the wireless charging pad on the Trophy doesn't give enough power into a phone to compensate for what's being lost using wireless CarPlay/Android Auto - even with the phone screen off. Ergo on longer trips you'd probably need to plug in anyway.

On the xpower the wired CarPlay is necessary to keep your phone in the front ?
