Wireless Charging Issues

Does anyone else have a problem using the wireless charging pad? Mine will charge for about 5 seconds then loses it and I get a message come up saying check for object on the charging pad, but the only object is the phone! I have tried it with a couple of dfferent phones (iPhone 11 and iPhone 14 Pro) but with the same results.

It has always done it (only had the car a couple of weeks)

This usually means the car is not seeing the phone's wireless charging coil.
It's possible either the coil in the phone or car is offset to one side.
Try rotating the phone 180 degrees, to see if it still fails.

Do you use wireless chargers outside the car, the reason I ask is my iPhone has a wallet and so is thicker and struggles to charge on any wireless chargers, I have a Bellin pad now but the iPhone has to be precisely located on the mat… to the mm……not got my car yet, so can’t test it in the car…

I have the same issue but is fixed when i remove the iphone cover
