Zap-Map with android auto

I have just set up my phone with Android Auto. I have a new Samsung Phone with a Samsung lead but the system dose not always connect, I have enabled the Bluetooth. Any ideas? Is it possible to have Zap-Map on the screen?

I had the same issue with my Samsung, used to really frustrate me so go my daughters old iPhone 6s and now use that with CarPlay and it works a treat every-time. Unfortunately you cannot use Zap-Map, but when you’ve got you location, if it’s a charging point you can export very simply to Google Maps via touching the start route point on the app and it will ask with map system you’d like to use.

Plug share is on the list of apps that is comming to android auto. Zap-map I didn't see on the list, but can still be a thing in the future
