Zappi or my energi app

Hi please could someone help me,I am trying to get back on myenergi app but when I try comes back with product already registered which it is to me so how can I get past this step be really grateful it's so frustrating thamks

Obvious question - are you logging in to the app using the same details as you used when originally setting up the app and registering your Zappi EVSE?

(I'm assuming you've got a new phone/tablet and have loaded the myenergi app on it).

No haven't changed my phone or anything I just can't get back to my app just saying product registered all my details come up

Don't use that, but can you request a password reset?

There is no 'Zappi' app.
You set up your Zappi in the Myenergi app.

Yes this is what I used to have on my phone for last three years but the myenergi app has changed and when I try to get back on comes back with product already registered and how do I get past that?

Did you register using the same email and password or a social media login?
You may need to give them a call.

Suggest call the myenergi helpline, they are very helpful..

There is a MyEnergi forum and I found very useful help there when I had a problem with the same system (different problem).
