Mg ZS EV LR Trophy Connect: Wireless Charging Paused

Hi

I have samsung s10 and my son has samsung s21.

Both phones will start charging wirelessly when put in the tray, then come up with 'Wireless Charging Paused' on the phone after 20 30 seconds or so. (Note I only have one phone at a time in tray! Checked with sons as a test.

If you move the phone and put back down in tray it starts charging, but same result as above.

Anybody else experienced this?

Were you driving? I remember having seen that message but it disappears when I start driving.

Thanks. I think it's all the time as I drove about 40 miles yesterday, but it didn't charge.
