ZS EV Vehiclecontrol error , followed by 1 minute later H/V Battery shutdown.

I want to one get this experience out to the wider community and to understand if anyone else has had the issue.

Without going into to much details on this has anyone experienced the following.
"Vehicle Control Error" flashed up and 1 Minute later "H/V Battery shutdown"

Error recorded "battery insulation error"

If so what was the issue ?

What model is it?
What did MG assist\aa say?

its a 21 model
ZS EV 5DR HAT EXCLUSIVE
AA wanted to just get me safe they cleared the errors and the car worked for about a week MG dealer didn't find anything. The second it happened about a week later the error was "battery insulation error"
Dealer and MG think it because of corrosion on charging pins. Which makes no sense .
