ZS LR software version

Hi can anyone who has a ZS Long Range let me know what software version they are on, mine is booked in for a service next week and just want to check if there is a software update I should be looking out for.

Here in the UK the MK2 facelift model is now able to have R27 Telematics software. Once installed it allows the car to see the latest updates for all 6 computer modules. These are significant.

Ahh yeah that would help, It’s an Australian 2023 Long range. Ok perfect will have a chat to the service staff when I take it in.

My early 2023 reg (built Nov 22) ZS Trophy LR is on R16, and I would really like to get it updated, but dealers around here are not up to speed on such esoteric updates.

I do wonder if any of the hardware might not be able to take the latest updates? I have V2L which works perfectly, I can set it going and turn off and lock the car without a problem.
