Same place I got mine from. The leasing company arranged an LR they had in stock rather than waiting for delivery of the original order albeit a different colour. You shouldn't have to resign any docs etc so it's a viable option.

Pestered my dealer again on friday. Still not released by MG Drammen (Norway) for transport, after two months in Drammen.

Not impressed by MG so far.

Mine is due Drammen May. 31.
I guess my hopes to get it before july should be adjusted to perhaps before august. 🙄
Things are getting more crasy by the day these days.

As far as I understand it the dealer gets the registration number from the DVLA so apart from weekends and bank holidays it should be straight away.

I have the same dealer via my work salary sacrifice scheme. they told me my car was being transported to their 3rd party last Friday and then they BBC all it into stock whic can take 7-10 days to arrive. I’ve chased them again today for the latest position.

Are you sure it's the VRM they're waiting for? (Dealers usually have a block of VRMs that they assign as needed). Is it actually the VIN that they're waiting for from MG?

I think my dealer pretty much registered it whilst i was there collecting it. Delivery to dealer and collect in 2 days

I guess that they're all different but Novuna were adamant that they do not hold cars in stock for fleet orders

Did you get any response yesterday? I was told they'll call me back today with an update but I can pretty much guarantee I'll be the one calling them

I’m assuming the same. Mainly as our scheme charges from delivery and it’s easier for HR to do from the start of the month.
