MG ZS EV Facelift - Have you ordered?

Have you tried Cazoo? They offered the most for my 2019 Corolla Hybrid back in November. Payment received in seconds.

I have tried W.B.A.C. In the past and have always found that they reduce the price after an inspection.
Unless your car is almost brand new, be prepared for a reduction in the offer price.
Carzoo are reported to be a better option by all accounts ??.

I ordered the Trophy in Battersea Blue from Baylis MG in Gloucester on Sat 4th Dec. The original delivery date I was given then was 28th March.

I popped in a couple of weeks ago as I was nearby and was told that the date hadn't changed.

My guess is that it'll be June-ish - hopefully I'm wrong and it's earlier than that.
Same here, ordered Trophy in Blue from same dealer on 5th Jan, Expected April. As long as it arrives before July Im happy. (Current PCP ends then). Sooner the better though.

I used Motorway and they were great. Best price, no problems and prompt payment before collection by dealer purchaser

add. Just be totally honest and accurate with description.

Interesting. So £2,500 difference between the SE and Trophy for the SR but £4,000 difference between the SR & trophy for the LR. I suspect that MG is artificially keeping the trophy LR price high, whilst they work through all the back orders, then once these are delivered, my prediction is that the Trophy LR will reduce to £31,995 to get the £1500 PICG and keep the same price differential as the SR.
If MG reduced the price of the Trophy LR now, a lot of people would cancel their orders and place a new order at the lower price.

Think it might be complicated by all the SR models, and the LR SE, qualifying for the grant?
If you take that into account the difference in SR - LR is £2K regardless of model.

I ordered mine Nov 26th, I just rang up my dealership for an update.
He told me they had a meeting with MG last week and were told that MG have 10,000 cars made in China, just waiting for chips. SAIC have made the decision to make their own chips as there is such a shortage Delivery has now gone back to April.

Called my local dealer ( not exactly local about 60 miles away) and asked. Order made 15th Nov supposed to be delivered Jan got pushed to March, now unknown, so probably May June at this point. Was hoping SAIC could have secured the chips but well.

I've just ordered today a blue LR Trophy from Arnold Clark's in Glasgow and was told April/May. I've been shopping around for the best lease deal all week and been told the same kind of delivery time all week. The only LR Trophys in the UK at present are showroom demonstrators and are not for sale.

Yes. Been bashing figures with 7 leasing companies since the weekend. The MG dealership worked out at £480 pcm and I was determined to beat it. Arnold Clark's is £345 with 12000 miles a year, a £2000 trade in and £750 thrown in by Clark's themselves.

I concur that is probably why they've not dropped the prices yet to make them all below the £32k. I wonder if a delay on delivery will cause issues though, will they be able to sustain sales when the competition is getting so much closer on price from more trusted brands, they may not be able to hold off on dropping the prices below £32k until May or so.

Personally, I would not consider paying £3.5k more for the Trophy LR vs a Trophy SR, for an extra 19.3 kWh usable.
That said however, currently if you pretend you want the PCP then you can get another £1.5k off of the LR versions at the moment. Which also raises the question that if you can get £1.5k off of the LR SE but not the SR SE, then for another £500 you'd be crazy to buy the SR SE.

I predict it will become, keeping 2.5k & 0.5k difference between trims and 2k difference between battery sizes:
SR SE - £25,495 (£26,995)
SR Trophy - £27,995 (£29,495)
SR Connect - £28,495 (£29,995)
LR SE - £27,495 (£28,995)
LR Trophy - £29,995 (£31,495)
LR Connect - £30,495 (£31,999)
