Seems to be the norm with a lot of car dealerships. My car (MG5) arrived at the dealership on Monday afternoon and I still don't have it. On Monday he said it I should have it by the weekend but would touch base with me on Wednesday. When he didn't do that I called him yesterday morning when he said he would call me back at 5. He didn't call me back then, nor this morning so I called him at 1.15. He said he was busy but would speak to me later and he was doing his best to "let" me have the car by the weekend. He still hasn't called and I'm sat here wih my blood pressure pinging through the roof. It's pregistered so does that mean it was used as a demo? Is there a problem with it? I need to know a timeline so I can have my insurance and GAP insurance in place.Seems to be the Norm with Nathaniels as I have my order with them & I have to do all the Chasing!!
Now, I don't know what's involved behind the scenes to get a car ready for the buyer, but I can't believe that it takes 4 days to get a car ready. Maybe I'm being too demanding but no effort has been made to communicate at all and it winds me up. God knows how you lot have coped with it since December and still not have your car.
