With regards to this 12v battery, I fully charged my car today and noticed that the 12v only went as high as 13/14v. Is that normal or should it get up to the max 16v marker?

I used Autoaid as my recovery option on Saturday, when I ran out of battery. Can use them for any vehicle I may be driving. They send a local recovery company to you, usually within the hour. They took me to the nearest charging point but can also take you home, should you request it.
