I've had identical problems. In for first service this week Asked dealer to check battery. Tells me it's healthy and that my problem is I'm not doing sufficient mileage!!! I told him I didn't read any warnings when buying the car that it was only suitable for high mileage driving!!! Not happy...

This all sounds very complicated for a computer illiterate. Will your dealer not do this for you

Thank you. I can't believe so many owners have their own charging proceedure. You would have thought one system would be reliable, but it seems not so. Not much use if you expect to wake up to a 100% charge for a planned long journey and find insufficient charge in your car.

Can not charge on timed sequence overnight. Podpoint so unhelpful, will not speak on phone all communication by email which takes days for a reply. Snail mail years ago was quicker. The scheduled charging will not work. Tried everything but to now avail. Very frustrating after a big initial cost.

I seem unable to get a timed schedule charge on my EV It charges as soon as I connect cable but disregards the timed overnight schedule. Amy advice would be gratefully recieved.

I have purchased spare wheel and jack etc but unclear in case of emergency where safe jacking points are. Anyone got any idea? Probably should have thought of this earlier.

Thanks for advice. I would love to know the technical reason for not leaving battery full or low charge? Is it detrimental to battery cell longevity?
