Is that your cost 24/7? My EDF std rate tariff right now Sat 10th 12:30 midday is 11.79p/kWh (at least according to our reader). This seems to vary from 45p down to 11ish so I charge at night usually.

If you have the new ZS EV I'm guessing you might inadvertently set the charge in the App to less than 100% in which case it will have stopped the charge. Worth a check?

Re. the mats sometimes the plastic fasteners on the mats need rotating so they fit over the locating studs on the floor.

As another has suggested are you sure you don't have the air flow on recirculate?
