100% charging power?

hi,

so I was charging on a 11kW public station, and I eventually fell asleep. I usually charge at around 9.6kW displayed into the iSmart app.

I woke up with the car at 100% but this was happening:

And a few minutes later:

I never charged to 100% overnight and leaving it plugged. is it a balancing charge at 4kW and it is supposed to show "charging complete" when done?

Yes, that's balancing and it will eventually stop charging once balanced. Mine always shows 100% before it's actually finished charging and balancing.

How do you get 399km range,,, I never get mine more the 280-290km,,, once this summer on a hot day I got 312km max range on 100%.

The iSMART app had an update, and now it stays a 99% during balancing
