The time it takes to balance depends on how often you do it or how unbalanced the battery is, there's no specific time.

I've never timed mine - I just wait for the Wallbox app to tell me the charge has finished.

Once I did full charge to 100% five evenings in a row and kept an eye on the app. Half an hour every time. Twice was on the granny charger and three times on a public type 2.
