Hi I have a new mg4 23 plate . The battery range should be 219 miles but normally get 198 miles. I understand you loose a bit in the cold but when I charge to 100% in the cold I’m getting 135 max. Is this just the cold or do I need to get in touch with MG. Any advice be great it only has 6000 miles on car. Thanks in advance kind regards

If you want a factòry GOM reading the reset the trip counters, turn off AC, heating and fan then turn on ìn ECO mode.

135 - 140 miles GoM range at 100% SoC in these very cold conditions is entirely normal for the SE SR.

As said above, if you want the placebo effect of a bigger GoM range then simply reset the Accumulated Total odometer and you'll revert to the default range. That won't actually give you any more range, just make you think you have more range.
