AC current setting

What is this for? I thought this would control charge rate but it seems to be set at 6A on my car and I get 6.6kw charging

My GCSE physics is rusty but wouldn’t that limit to 1.4kw?

The options are 6,8 and 16 amp none of which would be 6.6-7kw

That will be to reduce the current draw through a granny lead if you're not confident about the safety of the socket you're using.

I would have thought it would be in the "discharge settings" tab instead of the "charge settings" tab in that case.
