At last, progress on my traffic announcements, but which software version?

Brief reminder. The TA's on my 4 Trophy don't work, but I am at last getting somewhere. After failed attempts at getting a response from MG (a letter and a message via the website contact page both being ignored), I eventually made contact via the customer support email address.

After an exchange of emails over several days, MG eventually informed me that the Infotainment software needs an upgrade. Needless to say, they did not enlighten me as to what version number. I have the R40 version, and what I would like to know is whether there is a later one. The technician at the dealership thinks there is an R56 version, and the car is booked in for a software upgrade in January. Can anyone confirm what the latest version is? I would very much like to know

R59 is available for the Trophy as is R63, but a couple of people have claimed that R63 has temporarily been put on hold.

R59 not R56. (There is also an R46).

Aha - this all looks interesting. No doubt the technician at the dealership will have sussed out which one is which by the time it gets round to January!. It looks like R59 to me.

Had the update yesterday and it's R63.

My car is due in on Monday Jan 20th for its software upgrade. This makes it sound like a hospital appointment (but that wouldn't be till March at the earliest........) I assume that it will the latest version of the software and whether it solves the problem remains to be seen. I will update this message once done.
