Auto headlights and wipers

Hi does anyone know if the auto headlights come on automatically if the auto wipers reach a certain speed level? My previous Octavia Scout and Mrs H’s new 3008 both did / do this, but I’m not sure if my 2022 MG5 LR Exclusive does?

1300 miles in and loving it, especially driving past the local garage showing diesel at £1.85 per ltr ?

I don't think the lights are linked to the wipers in any way on the 5 or the ZS.

Yeah - my Ford Grand CMax did this too - was useful for motorway driving in the rain. As @Kithmo says, they're not linked - surely it's a relatively simple software addition though as all these much be controlled through an ECU that knows about the speed.

Switch them manually and you can't go wrong!
