Battery Charging ZS EV Long Range

My MG ZS EV is now 14 months old, and I am having a problem charging it fully. I can only achieve, at 90% charge, 190 miles, where as I used to charge it up to 260 miles + I’ve tried on 7kW and rapid chargers. Unfortunately I am unable to charge from home ( live in a flat) . Am I setting up my vehicle charge incorrectly or should I try 100% charge, as I have read that 100% charge regularly is not a good idea.

Check there is no charge limit set (to 90%?). Charging to 100% on 7kW charger is no problem (in fact recommended for battery balancing if you use rapid chargers regularly) if you are using the next day. Rapid chargers only to 80% is generally recommended.
You get less mileage in winter than in summer, its normal and extensively covered on this site (just use search function top right).
