Battery heating

Does anyone know how to turn on the battery preheating while driving, for faster DC charging?

I hoped there is also a possibility to start the battery heating manually, but apparently it only heats up the battery automatically when it's cold outside. Anyway, the charging speed is not that high in Cyberster.

I believe it's just "Chinese English". It will surely heat based on battery temp, not environment temp.
