Best (value) way to treat small paint chip

Well that didn't take long.
Today, I parked the car in a car park while we went to get a few things.
On the left side was a grey Fiat 500. Not a big car by any means. Came back to find 3 small dents to my passenger front wing.
Honestly. Some people nowadays have no standards at all. I was absolutely livid but what can you do.
Anyway, I have the Regen policy so at least that is something.
This angers me, and is the very reason I hate car parks and try my hardest to park a gazillion miles away from the entrance in the hope I’ll be left alone! People are just so bloody careless at times

Completely agree with you. I know I am an old git. But honestly. Some people have no sense of respect for others. Me me me is all they care about.
There. I have got it off my chest.

Very annoying, front wing has the best access of any panel is the only positive, should be easy for a good PDR guy to tickle back into shape.
Front wings seem to be paper thin these days. My last car, a seat leon, was hit by a flying bit of bark that came off a passing logging truck and the wing was totally wrecked.... by bark

That's woof 🤣

The chipex kit worked well for me though my chips are a little smaller and not in a cluster. There are plenty of videos on youtube showing how to use, I think you should be able to get a good result.
How did you order this please? On the Chipex website, in the vehicle selector, the MG4 isn't an option.

As I had 6 chips on my Orange Trophy, 4 of them quite deep with metal showing, I decided to take it to a specialist repair place, who checked and said that MG still hasn't released the formula for the paint, so there's nothing they can do yet. They did phone MG who told them this.

Does anyone know, if I have to leave it until they can source the paint, is possible rust an issue in modern cars? Or does that take many months of exposure for it to be a risk?

White ;)

My blue trophy has the paint code: 5ZBN on the door, not 5JAY.

Can anyone confirm the correct one?
I have Blue SE and it has 5JAY on driver door. Do need to try something for scratch above rear wheel arch but never used touch up paint at all so im nervouse and sort of stalling and seeing how others get on!
