Blind Spot stopped working on MG4 Trophy

Hi, has anyone experienced the blind spot monitoring wing mirror lights stop working? This has only occurred in the last 2 weeks.

Ours have stayed (both mirrors) on our ZS, only reset when we got out and locked the car. Has happen twice since purchased new in June.

They disable if you turn off the the rear collision system and the bonus is it stays off after restarting the car unlike lka
