Bluetooth not working and my dealer doesn't care.

I'm having bluetooth issues, I connect and then after a day or two it loses connection and won't reconnect, I have to 'unpair' and then 're-pair' which is a bit of a faff, is it worth even contacting the dealers?

I'm currently running SWI33, R32

You got MY24 MG4 so need to go to dealer to have updates.
The last one for build SWI133 is R36
