Partly true. They are paid if the update is for fixing a fault but not if the customer just asks for a software update.It is probably a software update question. and I need to convince the dealer to do it.
Apparently, they are not paid by MG when they do software updates, so they are not very willing to do them![]()
I had a similar problem after a previous update. I complained to my dealer suggesting they had installed the software for the SR. They reinstalled the updates and the problem was fixed.
