It would seem that my recent purchase of an MG4 has missed its first service.
Mileage now is 6500, and the car was manufactured in November 24. (or first sold)
Motorpoint has given me a spurious first service invoice written yesterdy, which refers to August 2025 as the actual service date.
It would seem that the car has been inactive to 6 months.
I like the car, it drives well, I wonder if the solution to the possible problem that the manufacturers warranty is invalid, that a catch up service now would work.
Such a shame that a good car has been mis-sold, and an attempt to con me, by Motorpoint.....
Or do I just take it back and let them have the problem.....
