ChargeHub stops charging after 10%

Has anyone had issues where the charge hub only charges about 10% at a time before it turns red and stops charging? It was working fine since May and in the last few weeks it started to do this. I thought it might be because of summer but the hub itself doesn't feel hot and even when it's cooler in the evening it's still doing it.
I have checked all cords and I think I successfully installed the new version of the software.
I would love to know if anyone else has had this problem

I have noticed this issue on my MG charge hub recently.

Have you tried a power cycle on the EVSE ('charger')?
It would the first thing to try.
Does the car charge on another charger?
