Have you tried unlinking it?
Your profile doesn't say what car you have, so I can only guess whether your car (not charge point) supports charging schedules (set within the car, not the app). ?For them wot has cars that works with an appnot me though.
That is what happens with mine.Yes, the charger was switched off at the mains, for several days, ie reset, but still only charges for a minute before switching off....
The charger does not provide ANY charge. It switches off after about a minute. For them wot has cars that works with an appnot me though.
Before giving EO any more money, I urge you to read the trust pilot reviews. When they work, they are good, hence the five stars from some. However, the slightest problem and the company ignores you, sends lots of platitudes and offers a new charger at an exorbitant price. Get out while you can and write off what you’ve paid so far. It will probably prove cheaper in the long run. Consider ZAPPI or OHME. Be warned.Different scenario. Our Mini pro 2 was installed, 4th Feb 2022, so just under 3 years ago. No problems at all.
Until the first night of the recent cold snap, 3rd January just gone. Didn`t charge at the normal time, woke up to the dreaded flashing red light. Called EO, explained what the issue was. They gave me 2 options.
1-Replace with Mini pro 3 and charge me £300.
2-£250 and they send a man out to diagnose and fix problem , but with no guarantee there would be a fix!
Obviously, I picked option 1.
However, our current Mini pro 2, after I did absolutely nothing, has worked faultlessly since.
The replacement MP3 has just been delivered. They won`t need paying until the engineer installs.
Quandary.
Do I return the MP3 and hope all is actually well and the reason for the failing was the sudden cold snap.
Or fork out the £300 and replace the unit, with a new improved version? Guarantee for a further 3 years too!
