Hi all,
I’ve had this happen a few times now on my MG5 facelift EV — I unplug the charging cable, get distracted, and forget to put the rubber seal back in and close the front charging door before driving off.
I’m honestly surprised the car doesn’t give any kind of warning if the charging port is left open. If it starts raining, the connector could get soaked. Surely it should flag something on the dash? Unless mine has a fault?
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this — or if I’m missing anything.
Thanks
