It really don't matter as long as fuse is lower rated then the connector most 7kw chargers will have 32amp some have 40amp
And yes crimps are good but easy to get a bad crimp for novices so the wago is a bit easier
At the end of the day with all the questions properly best let a qualified electrician do it get the connections tested and signed off
