Update:

I called Tesla Support today (20th Nov 2023), and they told me there is a temporary block on [some?] MGs, which is "under investigation", but they don't have a date for a fix.

So nothing has changed (for our MG5 LR Exclusive reg Mar 2022 at least).

I had a go on a Tesla supercharger last Thursday, just because I was there anyway and the site had just been opened up to non-Teslas. I didn't have any trouble at all.

That's good to know. I suspect it's an issue with the older MG EV models.

Any time I do a speculative route plan in ABRP, it seems to favour Tesla chargers where it can get them, so it would be really good if your problem could be sorted out.
