Completely dead this morning

Got the car back today. Here’s hoping no repeat issues or else my wife is insisting we reject the car. Even though 30 days are up tomorrow I’ve actually only had the car for 5 of them so I believe the time MG had my car is added in to the 30.

Correct - the 30 day clock stopped ticking whilst they were resolving the issue (AFAIR)

Update 2 : Car is operating now, it's holding the 12v battery, charge scheduling works as it should and power is back to normal.

Update : After getting the car back last week, the car was not charging on schedule, had a max speed limit of 69-70 and seemed to have lower power too. It went straight back to the dealer, another "update" and the car is back to normal. Seems good so far! Have to say the dealer in Beaconsfield has been super responsive and even offered a Mercedes EV if they needed the MG4 longer for MG HQ to look at the car.

Glad to hear the car is back to normal. May I ask what update they carried out if known.

They didn’t say, just that the update would cure the loss of speed and charging issues. It must be a known thing that’s shared among dealers now.
