-how many minutes should the intelligent battery heating be turn on before DC charging?
-our car does dc charging up 97% it never goes to 100%, are we doing something wrong?
-we drive over 100 miles(mondays to fridays), and 50-70 miles during the weekends, it is advisable to do DC charging above 80%?

Which version of MG4?

Rapid DC charging slows done as you get towards 100% that's why the figure 80-90% is more common to end on as it is quicker on a long journey to do shorter stops but more of them.
What Rapid charger did you use to get to 97%?

175 kwh ultra rapid charging point

Ours stops at 97% too so think this is just the BMS protecting the battery. Regarding heating, no need unless it’s close to freezing, I’ve charged at an ionity charger this week which was a 5 mile drive from cold and still got 140kwh straight off the bat.
