Going with my head a Berlingo would suit us better ..... but...... for me the MG4 is still a looker and does stick out in a car park , especially in orange.I had the very early ZS (one of the first 200 available) then changed to the MG5 estate car when that came out. Brilliant car loved it.
Then looked at the MG 4, hated the shape, especially the crinkled rear end, and went back to Citroen eBerlingo (not for sleek, svelte looks obvs)
My wife did choose , or at least spot it on the internet when she was looking , knowing next to nothing about cars she went purely on the colour . Our previous car was chosen because it had a massive glass roof . ( mistake ). We did test drive a top spec Kia e-niro , but even at secondhand price it came in at 10 000 euros over the MG.
