Fast charging

Just tried charging at MFG EV POWER 150kw chargers. The machines could not handshake with the car and so I couldn't charge at all. I was just wondering if anyone knows about this and how to charge. Thanks for your time.

? ....... If it's a Ultra charger rated at 150 Kw unit, then it's a rapid charger and not a fast charger .

hhmmm MFGs web page has a big picture of an MG5 charging at one of their units. When you say no handshake you mean the charger let's you start but it doesn't get past the checking car stage?

I called them. They said when charging call them. They can then see exactly what is going on. Excellent if it's true

How old is your car? Has it got all of the software updates?
