Help with charging issue please

All was working fine with my MG4, Octopus IO, Hypervolt triad, until a couple of months ago. Some nights, i notice it hadnt charged.
Now it never charges
I wait until 11:30 to see what will happen(nothing) , attempt to switch on MG charge (fail) go to octopus to bump charge. Back to MG to check it's charging, then back to octopus to switch off the bump.
Every night!
Last night despite this, it only charged for 3.5 hours and did not going to full 80% which I wanted and needed it to.
Hypervolt is set to octopus mode and that has never changed
MG is set to octopus hours and has never changed
If I wanted to back to the beginning and reset everything, would that work?
What would you do?

This could be the issue. Don't set any timers let IOG do it thing.
Have you got any screen shots of settings and schedule?

Yes I'm open to that being the issue but for the last 2 years, that's the way it has been and was fine. Has octopus changed something in early December maybe?
Anyway I will switch off MG schedule tonight and report back

I've been hit by this.

I set up a charge limit to make sure I didn't charge during the evening peak (4pm - 7pm, expensive on my old tariff).

Plugged the car in for some free charging in Town last night and got back to find the car had taken none. Assumed it was a charger failure but later realised I've probably left the car limit on.

D'oh. I could have got 50p worth of electricity!
