How do you adjust indicator volume?

You can turn indicator volume down in settings under alert volume

Try swiping down from the side of the screen and you may also find the notification volume control.

By the way, I love you guys! Was about to put ear plugs in until I thought, you know who would know about indicator volumes, the MG forums. Behold, the volume in my car is bearable when turning corners.

Funny, I like the indicator noise!

Reminds me of my 1986 Metro.

As for the yellow warning triangles, we've had those a couple of times, but switching off and starting up has sorted them.

The indicator volume is linked to the alert (o alarm, I don't remember the right word sorry) volume, so if you lower that on the volume settings, the noise of the indicators should lower too (although still more noisy than the average car ?)

There seems to have been an update, and I can no longer see these controls, also they are all now max volume, most annoying!

On a Trophy, swipe down from top right on info screen to display all the volume settings. I think the Voice volume is the one you want.

Another route is to swipe left and choose Settings.

On the SE it's the Vehicle Alerts setting which controls the indicator volume - is it not the same on the Trophy? (I'm sure it is .. in fact I did that very change a few weeks ago for one of my table tennis team mates - his granddaughter was complaining about the loud indicators. Swipe the screen left [i.e. so the hidden right screen appears], select Settings and then the Volume icon, adjust the Alerts slider to minimum).

Ah, I'd forgotten how to get to those side swipe settings, it wasn't the voice volume, it was alert volume, annoying there are so many secret menus that you just have to know about

Hi all can anyone tell me how to adjust the indicators loudness ! Also anyone know what this yellow warning is I thought it was auto hold but I put that on in settings warning still there also the same on my friends mg4 thanks

I just use the volume shortcut on the wheel when whichever part I want to change is active, that way I can get an idea of the volume at the same time, you can just do volume down or up while indicators are on and you will be able to get the audio of them to know if its right or not.
