How quickly does that battery drain?

Hello everyone, I'm brand new to EV and I have had my Trophy LR for 3 weeks.

I know it's winter and I have heat on etc but my battery is going down 10 to 12% for about a 12 mile trip to do school run and to work. Is this normal?

That's an improvement from the car suddenly telling you it's a bit chilly out and do you want to turn on battery heating, when it's 20 in the shade.

This isn't normal but if you've only just got the car maybe it's not fully calibrated its estimated range for the current outside temperature? Try driving it until it gets down to 20% before you next charge and see what range you got from when you last charged it. If it's a Trophy you should expect 80-100 miles for 50% worth of discharge in current temperatures in my experience, depending on how you drive and how you use the heating.

Hi, what is your m/kWh showing?
Summer will be towards 4m/kWh but winter could be under 3m/kWh.
