@Janda2 Please check if you're not logged in with your second account. The second one doesn't have the permission to create further accounts. That happened to me in the past, too.

@Data was saying the latest app does show the option to add secondary accounts. I can also confirm this (on Android anyway).

You missed one step in your useful post #17 ... after tapping on Secondary Account you need to click the + icon at the top-right in order to get to that next form.

That is the latest version. It has the secondary account settings.

So I guess what is happening to me is I am using a second account which I authorised from a previous phone when I updated to a new one.

Yes, you misread my reply completely ... my version 3.0.4 does have the Secondary Account option.
