Infotainment System Manual

Picking my MG4 this afternoon.
Downloaded the manual, it keeps referring to the " Infotainment System Manual"

Is this a physical booklet in the car, or is it just readable from the screen?

Reason I ask, I see a lot of comments regarding the fatigue warning sound, just wondering how I mute it. As I have not had a chance to really have a look at the system yet, and don't want it distracting me, on the first drive home.

It is quite easy to find in the infotainment screen I think it is under the MG Pilot tab, but just ask your dealer, it is a quick semi fix. I would also take off the lane assist as well at the same time

Does the lane assist automatically come on after every restart? Or stay off permanently. I found it a pain on test drive so switched off. But did not go out again after shutting down so insure if would stay off?

Lane assist only thing that i have found annoying on my se. Feels like its pulling you out of lane if anything! Its odd as it seemed to stay off initially for me but since i charged it now seems to default to on. I will keep monitoring it. Regen goes back to high but i don't mind that.

Mine has remained off since I selected it thus far (had a few charges)

Thats good, just need to sort the drowsiness warning and will be happy!

The alert sound can be turned off separately from the visual warning. It's mentioned somewhere in the thread below. The sound off will be retained, but the warning off will revert to On when the car is turned off then back on.

Just realised if @grayoo has the fatigue warning issue then he has a Trophy so should have wireless charging….

When I test drove the other day I noticed that the wireless charging had an on/off setting in the infotainment. Maybe check that’s not randomly toggled off.

Found the infotainment manual, now I have to go to specsavers, its in a tiny format, unlike the main manual. Why not just supply proper paper booklets?

I have fed this back to my dealer. Hopefully it is on Miles list as well to feed back to MG

Good idea, the more that do this the better , just messaged them.
Weird though that the main user manual is full screen, and the infotainment manual is at best 25% - odd.

Where can I get a copy of the infotainment manual? No manuals in our car, so just downloads, but I can’t find a copy anywhere? Thanks!

Once off, it stays off on the ZS.
